
Aaron Rodgers appears to have come out of the shadows into the light as his future in football appears to be well within reach.
For the fourth consecutive offseason, speculation surrounding Aaron Rodgers and his future with Green Bay continues to abound. Although Rodgers recently said a decision will be made “soon enough”, that time may not come quickly enough for some.
With Rodgers still undecided on his next move, other teams may now consider trading for Green Bay. New York in particular: Reports indicate they are interested in acquiring a veteran quarterback and after missing out on Derek Carr, Rodgers could provide them with another viable option.
The Raiders, who released Carr, now face a QB void to fill. However, it remains uncertain if Vegas is interested in signing 39-year-old Rodgers, who would likely need a win-now option as he enters the latter stages of his career.

Aaron Rodgers Trade Rumors
Jets, Rodgers have spoken and said there is “nothing imminent”.

According to Trey Wingo and confirmed by SNY’s Connor Hughes, a trade between Aaron Rodgers and the Jets may be on the table. The two had an initial conversation Monday, with Rodgers being “open” about joining them in New York.

After much speculation, it appears the Raiders may not be interested in Rodgers after all. According to NBC Sports’ Peter King, “if there’s a Rodgers derby,” don’t expect the Raiders to be part of it.” Instead, they could focus on Jimmy Garoppolo whose contract they can potentially control since he’s a free agent.

Rodgers is the top pick on the Raiders’ wish list for 2023, according to ESPN’s Dan Graziano. Las Vegas also plans on interviewing free agent Jimmy Garoppolo and, possibly, Mac Jones; however, that latter option appears unlikely at present.
