A Canadian high school teacher who frequently wears massive Z-cup prosthetic breasts in class has been placed on leave after The Post revealed she rarely wears them outside school.
On Tuesday, the Halton School District confirmed that Oakville Trafalgar High School shop teacher Kayla Lemieux had been placed on paid leave.
Heather Francey, a Halton District School Board spokesperson, confirmed to The Toronto Sun that while not currently assigned an active assignment, the teacher remains employed with them.
Lemieux’ suspension comes after Education Minister Stephen Lecce and Halton Region MPPs Natalie Pierre, Stephen Crawford and Effie Triantafilopoulos publicly condemned the school board for having “abdicated its responsibility by failing to put students’ interests and safety first,” as reported by The Sun.
On Wednesday, Lynn, a mother from Massachusetts, addressed the school board and stated that forms of identity and expression presented in school must be examined against children’s safeguarding practices.
For months, Lemieux’s board has kept largely silent about her prosthetics. In contrast, parents have expressed outrage at their presence in front of students.
Photos and videos taken at school have revealed her wearing tight clothing with large nipples protruding beneath the fabric of her top.
This controversy has sparked numerous threats of violence against Lemieux and school administrators.
Board of education meetings has become chaotic as it attempts to address this problem.
Last month, The Post revealed that Lemieux often changes her appearance by forgoing breasts, wigs and makeup in public – shocking everyone in the district with a shocking revelation.
Post photos showed a dressed-down Lemieux wearing men’s sweatpants, sneakers and a puffer vest – with no sign of her breasts, makeup, glasses or wig– an ensemble her neighbor said she wears “extremely rarely.”
During a chat with The Post, she insisted that the man in the photos wasn’t her — though she couldn’t prove it — and denied wearing prosthetic breasts at all.
Lemieux confirmed the photographs were genuine, though she could not identify who it was because “I don’t want to draw attention away from what needs to be done.”

“This is who I am. No matter what people in my building may tell you, it’s never been truer. No matter what they tell you, how I look on the outside remains unchanged.”
Lemieux informed The Post that although she began taking hormone replacement therapy in 2021 and was “in transition,” she is not transgender but was born “intersex.”
The teacher confirmed her unusually large puppies are caused by a condition known as “gigantomastia” but admitted she has never been officially diagnosed.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, Gigantomastia is an uncommon condition in which breast tissue grows abnormally large. There have been only 300 reported cases reported worldwide.
Parents were outraged when the Halton District School Board rejected their request last year to implement a dress code for teachers due to concerns about violating Ontario’s Human Rights Code.
In January, the school board unanimously agreed to create a policy mandating that teachers dress professionally and appropriately for work.
Lemieux informed The Post that she “would follow the board’s direction on what they mandate” but denied wearing a provocative style.
“I don’t believe there is anything wrong with how I have dressed,” she insisted, noting that others’ opinions of her style may vary. “My appearance does not reflect poorly on me,” she maintained.
